The Watered Goddess Retreat is inspired by my book, Watered: A Self-Care Journal For Women, 365 Affirmations and Prompts For a Sensually Empowering Year.

During this 5 day, 4-night retreat on the beautiful island of Jamaica you will spend time being pampered with massages and spa treatments, attending sacred sexuality workshops and Goddess Rituals, eating fresh gourmet food, and going to sleep listening to Mama Ocean’s waves at night in our private seaside retreat center.

This retreat is for you IF:

  • You want dedicated time away to water yourself and focus on your self-care.
  • You want to learn the secrets of tapping into your sensual energy and being full body orgasmic.
  • You enjoy connecting with like minded women.
  • You enjoy luxurious spa treatments by the ocean and gourmet foods.

This retreat is NOT for you IF:

  • You want to come to Jamaica to just turn up and hit the parties.
  • You are not interested in watering yourself and like stress and drama.
  • You don't enjoy being around other women.
  • You aren't ready to heal and not interested in connecting to your sensual energy.
  • You hate massages and spa treatments.
  • You only are interested in travel that allows you to sit on the beach all day and drink rum punch.

Location: Jackie’s On The Reef in Negril, Jamaica

Itinerary Overview

Day 1: July 31st
• Arrival

• Welcome dinner.

• Intention setting ceremony.

Day 2: August 1st
• Morning yoga and qi gong.

• Breakfast.

• First round of treatments(choice of massage, facials and body scrubs)

• First group of private womb massage/reiki with Lady Shepsa

• Private time (journaling, relaxing by the ocean, etc.)

• Goddess Full Moon Ritual

Day 3: August 2nd
• Morning yoga and qi gong.

• Breakfast

• Goddess Circle


Break

• Second round of treatments (choice of massage, facials, and body scrubs)

• Full Body Orgasm Workshop

• Dinner

• Love Goddess Cacao Ceremony

Day 4: August 3rd
• Morning yoga and qigong.

• Breakfast

• Healing River Tour



Dinner

• Goddess Sex Magic Ritual

Day 5: August 4th
• Morning yoga and qigong.

• Breakfast.

• Closing Circle.

• Departure.

What’s Included:

  • Airport transport to and from the retreat center.
  • Shared accommodations (2 people per room) at the healing center by the ocean
    (listen to the waves at night).
  • 2 spa treatments (choices include massage, body scrub, and facials)
  • Womb massage and reiki down by me.
  • Morning yoga and qi gong.
  • Sacred sexuality workshops.
  • Excursion to healing river.
  • Beach time.
  • Gourmet breakfast and dinner daily.

What’s Not Included:

  • Airfare
  • Passport costs(you need a valid passport and it must be valid at least 6 months from intended travel date).
  • Lunch (you can buy at Jackie’s or local restaurant)
  • Taxis on free time

Deposit: Minimum $300 to hold spot.

All payments and deposits are non-refundable. They are transferable up until 3 months prior. (This means you find someone to take your place and are refunded from their payment equivalent to what you paid.)

Lady Shepsa Jones

I am Lady Shepsa, a teacher, author, life coach, mother and “juju woman”—one who taps into her magical powers for healing and manifestation.

After experiencing a life changing divorce, I set out to discover the sensual goddess within me. I have spent over ten years studying the spiritual sciences of the African Diaspora, China and India.

When I discovered the goddess in these ancient traditions, my life transformed! I went from being rigid, and sexually repressed, to dancing on stage in booty shorts and fishnet stockings and becoming full body orgasmic! Since learning to unlock my bliss, I have guided many other women to awaken their inner goddess through my coaching programs and healing retreats in Puerto Rico, Jamaica and Bali.

I am the author of three books, The Goddess Pages and Happy and Healed, Five Steps to Getting Over Any Man and Finding the Love You Deserve, and Nice For What?! How To Go From Being A Good Girl To A Badass Goddess. I am also a certified yoga teacher, licensed massage therapist and certified Sacred Femininity Facilitator through Tao-Tantric Arts.
