“Dipped in chocolate, bronzed in elegance, enameled with grace, toasted with beauty. My lord, she's a Black woman.”

- Dr. Yosef Ben-Jochannan

Hey Queen

I want to invite you to a FREE special 5-day challenge I’m having exclusively for Black women. I call it the Put On Ya’ C.R.O.W.N. Challenge because as Black women we have been:

  • Degraded
  • Objectified
  • Blamed for the downfall of our community
  • Sexually exploited
  • Abandoned
  • Called “too masculine” and emasculating
  • Made to carry the burden

This has made us feel:

  • Alone and lonely
  • Powerless
  • Angry
  • Unwanted and unloved
  • Stuck and shutdown
  • Tired and exhausted

This not only impacts us emotionally but attacks our mental and physical health. Black women are less likely to seek help for mental health struggles and we are 2-3 times more likely to suffer from fibroids.

Too often we as Black women are the first to heal others and the last to heal ourselves. Historically, we have faced the double edged sword of being both Black and woman in a racist and sexist society.

Many know of our power, but only want to use it when it benefits them. They mimic the way we look, talk, move and our fashion, yet ostracize us. Yes, "they want everything but the burden."

When it comes to sensuality and sexuality, many of us have not felt safe or even free enough to explore these themes in our life. The intergenerational trauma caused by slavery and colonization has left many of us carrying wounds from our ancestors along with our own struggles.

Walking this path hasn’t been easy for us and many of us have forgotten who we truly are. We are wearing a crooked crown or worse, we have forgotten to put it on at all!

Time For A Change!

During this 5-day challenge I’m going to guide you to stepping into your power as the Goddess you are and connecting to that unique feminine essence Black women have in our DNA.

This challenge is for you if:

  • You're an educated career minded Black woman who feels she's done "all the right" things yet still feels something is missing.
  • You’re a Black woman who desires a deeper connection with her feminine and sexual energy.
  • You want to release womb trauma.
  • You desire to experience greater confidence and more pleasure in and out of the bedroom.
  • You want to release limiting beliefs and invite in more ease, self-love and learn to walk in your power.

Your Instructor

Lady Shepsa Jones, Sacred Femininity HealerI am Lady Shepsa, a teacher, author, life coach, mother and “juju woman”—one who taps into her magical powers for healing and manifestation.

After experiencing a life changing divorce, I set out to discover the sensual goddess within me. I have spent over ten years studying the spiritual sciences of the African Diaspora, China and India.

When I discovered the goddess in these ancient traditions, my life transformed! I went from being rigid, and sexually repressed, to dancing on stage in booty shorts and fishnet stockings and becoming full body orgasmic!

Since learning to unlock my bliss, I have guided many other women to awaken their inner goddess through my coaching programs and healing retreats in Puerto Rico, Jamaica and Bali.

I am the author of five book including, Happy and Healed: Five Steps to Getting Over Any Man and Finding the Love You Deserve, and Nice For What?! How To Go From Being A Good Girl To A Badass Goddess. I am also a certified i2Tantra practitioner with JujuMama LLC, a certified yoga teacher, and certified Sacred Femininty Facilitator through Tao-Tantric Arts. I welcome you to let go and let goddess!

Here is a breakdown of the Put On Ya C.R.O.W.N. Challenge:

Day 1

Call On Your Ancestors

During the first day we will discuss the impact of intergenerational trauma on us today. I will share how slavery and colonization disrupted the evolution of Black women into Queens (sovereign and self-actualized women). You will also discover the importance of ancestral reverence.

Day 2

Release Womb Wounds

The womb is our power and creative center as women. On this day you will learn about the spiritual significance of womb dis-eases such as fibroids, PCOS, and heavy and painful menstrual cycles. You will also learn a healing technique to help release trauma from the womb.

Day 3

Open Your Energy

Many of us are walking around exhausted, numb and closed off from experiencing pleasure in the world. We are guarded and our walls not only keep the “bad things” out, it blocks us from receiving the good too. On this day you learn to open the flow of energy in your body and experience more sensuality through movement.

Day 4

Water Yourself

Too many of us pour from an empty cup and too often we as Black women are expected to bear the physical, emotional and spiritual burden of everyone around us. On day 4 you will discover the importance of self-care and a juicy practice to water yourself with feminine energy.

Day 5

Nourish Ya Sexy!

Sexual energy is creative energy and orgasm allows for intimate contact with Spirit. On this day you will learn about what the ancients had to say about the power of sexual energy and how to experience full body pleasure both in and outside of the bedroom (whether you have a partner or not).

Challenge participants will also get:

  • Daily workbook
  • Private Facebook Group

Here’s what my clients have to say about working with me!

Lady Shepsa has a brilliance about her that invites you in, wraps its arms around you, and lets you know that whatever the issue is, wherever you are in life, whomever the man/woman is that hurt you, you are greater than it all! She reminds you that you are a GODDESS, and nothing short of magnificent! With heartfelt compassion and the wisdom of the elders she offers the tools needed to navigate the course of life while helping you to realize and remember, that it is your divine right to have, to be, and to live a life full of abundant bliss.

Goddess Ayesha

This class was just what I needed on my journey of self love, self care and Tantra. I was excited about each week and each exercise, like a kid in a candy store! This class opened me up to things that had been lying dormant. Money manifested, ideas manifested, and an awakened sex drive manifested. Thank you for sharing your knowledge/gift with me/us. I would encourage others to join. You have so many great nuggets and it's a safe place to learn, share and grow!

Goddess Denyse

My biggest takeaway from the class was reconnecting with the person that I yearned to be and understanding that my past did not nor does not define who I am. By participating honestly (yes honestly), I was able to see not just my patterns, but the patterns that my parents unconsciously placed in my life that played on my current screen. By going through this journey, I was supported by my newfound goddess sisters and I was able to find my light. If you have the opportunity to take this class, go for it!
